We cover

Blush Brothers, unless agreed via contract previously, will be the only staff pouring and distributing the drinks. 

BB will attain any relevant licenses required to serve alcohol at the venue. This is subject to any applicable license being denied by the Licensing Authorities who will have the final say on beverage operating hours.

Will provide all essential equipment for facilitating the truck. BB can collaborate with organisers to make a bespoke setting via lighting, table canopies and flowers.

You cover

Space for our services, we will need to access the event with a LWB van with a trailer. We also need time so we are not rushed in prep, this saves stress all round for your special day. 

Glass Hire

Glass hire is free of charge however there will be a charge of £1 per broken glass. It’s normal for a venue where we may be set up outdoors to decline use of glassware. In this circumstance, recyclable flutes can be provided at a cost of £10 per 100 flutes. Alternatively, the organiser can choose to supply their own glassware for the event.

 

Deposit

After completion of booking with BB, to secure your event in our calendar a deposit of £300 must be paid and will be deducted from the final bill. Once your deposit is received we’ll make all the necessary arrangements for your events such as license applications, securing your truck and any other special requirements.

Responsible Drinking

We hold the right to refuse service to anyone who we feel is too intoxicated. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, please don’t take offence if we ask you for identification. We operate the Challenge 25 scheme, a form of good practice.

Payments & Refunds

We require full payment no later than 10 days prior to the event to finalise the booking. If the payment is not received by this time we reserve the right to take other bookings for that date.

Payment is secured by an invoice sent via email. Full refunds will be issued should the event be cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, or, the booking can be postponed. In 'normal' circumstances, deposits are non refundable, however if the full balance has been paid, the remaining balance will be refunded should the booking be cancelled with 28 days notice or more.
